Every time in Taupo we stay in this hotel. It is an AMAZING property with professional and hard-working staff. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away. The service is exceptional, includes good parking. And the pool is clean.

The bathrooms are unclean.

thanks everyone for a very relaxing stay with a short walk into town. the location was great and lovely, really close to one of the many eateries from here, and both the lake and centre of town and easily accessible. what's more, it was 5 mins drive from taupo beach.

The staff was all friendly efficient.

The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable, gave us great tips. The rooms were all great value and brand-new with dinning both bedrooms, a hot tub in the main living area plus a coffee machine. The service offered was excellent.

Great value and a nice size rooms with TV's, great facilities, aircon, free parking.

Also, location was favourable and perfect, at a moderate distance from Taupo Museum. The room was reasonably priced with the hot tub and great facilities and a coffee machine, had a good night's sleep.

Good setting, close enough to the great Lake Taupo, the lake and the restaurants and shops, and trucks...

The units are stylish, reasonably large with the WiFi signal as well as the hot tub. The location is marvellous in a very quiet area, so close to both the lake and centre of town, the town centre and the main beach and riverside park for concert🙂❤

Amazing hotel in a really quiet area just off the shops and restaurants as well as all the shops, markets and restaurants in town. Nice building and rooms in very short notice. Modern interior design. Stunning location feet from Crazy Catz Adventure Park. Friendly check-in, parking onsite. Late check-out.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was good sized. All of the staff were very welcoming, accommodating.

Greatly enjoyed that the hotel was nice, modern decor in the rooms. We stayed in a great-sized room on lower level. The service was friendly with parking on site. The location was favourable, for example, Taupo Museum was not too far from the venue.

The room was great value for money and well presented with a cool view of the mountain. I had comfortable bed, netflix and thick blackout curtains. The location of the property was peaceful, to restaurants'. The employees were friendly efficient and genuinely helpful.
